Sonic Youth are making an oh, so indie move: offering their fans a free mixtape streaming on their site. This mixtape offers listens to a couple of tracks they've done recently for film projects and some other totally new efforts. Look for the icon on the Sonic Youth website labeled,
"Sonic Youth Mixtape, Vol. 8".
