Well, Weezy's been out from behind bars now for a few months and he's been back to work like a bat out of hell. He's appeared in multiple music videos, been featured on numerous tracks, all the while working on his next LP, The Carter IV (due out this Spring per Rolling Stone), and now he's hitting the road yet again. On March 18th, Lil' Wayne will start his latest North American tour with the likes of Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker, and turntableist Mix Master Mike. It's been a long while since Weezy took his show on the road and since even I've taken note of his lengthy absence from touring, I can only imagine just how much the tour-workhorse Wayne is itching to be back out there entertaining his people.
