For those of you that don't know, or did know and were skeptical of his rapping ability, Ron Artest is currently working on his mixtape Balli'n. "Who Are You" is a track off Artests upcoming mixtape Balli'n and features Nas & Xin Xin. This project will feature artists such as George Lopez, G-Unit, Game, Fat Joe, Nas, Ray J, W.C, Aventura and many more.
