Just as the SXSW Music Festival was set to begin, the music world was taken aback by the sudden loss of hip-hop guru, Nate Dogg. But in honor of the legend, during the Best of the West Showcase at Venue 222, a tribute show was put on featuring some of Nate's closest friends from the hip-hop community including Snoop Dogg, Diddy, Warren G, and the Dogg Pound (Daz Killinger and Kurrupt).
